Do you provide estimates?
Yes. We offer complimentary estimates for each of our services.

What Cities do you cover?
We cover all Broward county up to Boca Raton and all of
Dade County.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Venmo , Cash App, Cash, Credit and Debit Cards ( For CC and DC we use the app square which has a convenience fee) Payment is upon completion.

What type of cleaning do you offer?
We use a method called “ steam cleaning“ which is a Truck mounted hot water extraction.

Why should I have my carpets Cleaned?

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
The frequency with which you should have your carpets cleaned depends on a number of factors, including the amount of foot traffic, the presence of pets, and the overall level of soiling. As a general rule of thumb, it is recommended to have your carpets professionally cleaned every 12-18 months. However, if you have a lot of foot traffic or pets, you may want to have your carpets cleaned more frequently, possibly every 3-12 months.

What should I do to prepare for carpet cleaning?
There are a few steps you can take to prepare for our professional carpet cleaning:
1. Remove any small items, such as toys, shoes, or other personal items, from the carpet.
2. We will move most furniture if necessary within reason .
3. Vacuum the carpet thoroughly to remove any loose dirt or debris, though it’s not mandatory.
4.If you have any specific areas of concern, such as stains or heavily soiled areas, you may want to point these out to our technician so they can pay extra attention to them.
5.We’re animal-lovers but it may be a good idea to keep them in a separate area while the carpet cleaning is being done, as the noise and activity may be stressful for them.

Will all stains come out?
It all depends on the type of stain. Some are difficult or simply impossible to remove entirely . However, our technician will have a range of techniques and products at their disposal to try and remove as many stains as possible .

How long until I can walk on my carpets?
You can walk on your carpets as soon as we have completed our service, but we recommend limited traffic path until
it’s entirely dry.

How long will it take for my carpet or
furniture to dry ?
On average, it takes about three to five hours. Humid days may take your carpet and furniture longer to dry.

Why are spots reappearing after cleaning?
Spots that reappear are known as “ wicking” this occurs when the treated spot seeped back into the backing of the carpet and sometimes even on the padding. As the carpet dries, if the temperature is set lower than 75 degrees moisture can settle back into the carpet causing the wicking or browning of the carpet.

Will the cleaning take care of the carpet’s odors?
Our thorough steam cleaning service will remove most, if not all, of the usual odors.

Can we Drop-off Area Rugs?
No, we do not currently accept drop-off's services.
